Each member must clearly interpret the director’s orders, as well as contributing with their peers’ training by interacting constantly with them. He/she must be prepared to handle multiple projects and must be always willing to develop and maintain the work created by MP.

- Conceptualization of models, textures, lightning and animation of characters and objects
- Problem solve by proactively looking for opportunities to optimize and enhance an effective animation pipeline including blend tree systems and optimal rigs
- Full time availability
- Collaborate with other game team members (art, coed & design) to effectively manage dependencies

- Assist with project scheduling and reporting when necessary
- Excellent knowledge of the following software – Maya, After Effect Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash.
